A new monthly magazine has launched in Bahrain that promises to be the most reliable publication about life in Bahrain. FACT Bahrain - an acronym of Fashion, Arts, Culture, Technology – is committing itself to editorial integrity as well as offering international standards of design.

Editor Arran Dall – who has edited reputable publications in Bahrain, Dubai and the United Kingdom – commented: “Primarily, we are creating a magazine that has Bahrain’s best interests at heart. That means praising those things that are high quality and constructively criticizing those that aren’t. As the country’s development steps up a gear, we need a monthly guide we can trust. Intelligent people need to know if, for example, a new restaurant is honestly worth going to, or if an event is worth it’s admission price, or even if a club is worth it’s annual fees.”

The magazine covers everything from cultural issues, to art and technology reviews, to fashion trends in the region, and has been designed by international graphic designers.

“The look and feel of the magazine is something Bahrain has never seen before,” says Omar Shaheen, Managing Director. “It competes with any international magazine, but it’s about Bahrain! It’s something we can all be proud of.” He also commented that FACT contains the most in-depth and realistic listings section at the back of the magazine, The Index, which reviews and candidly rates nearly every restaurant, club, gym, spa, shop, etc in Bahrain.

The magazine is priced at BD1, and is available from all major supermarkets, bookstores and cafes, including Jawads, Jashanmals, Al Jazira, Alosra, 24 Hour Market, Mega Mart, BMMI, Costa Coffee, Cinnabon, and many more.
