A group of Palestinian Information Technology (IT) companies taking part in GITEX Dubai 2002 have lined up an array of software products and solutions for their participation in the event, with a focus on the specific requirements of the Arab market. The solutions will cover education, banking, Internet, financial management, accounting, legal, communications and libraries among others.
The Palestinian companies are taking part in GITEX Dubai 2002 under the umbrella of Palestine Trade Center (Pal Trade) and the Palestine Information Technology Association (PITA). The participating companies are Asal Technologies, Arab Technology Systems (ATS), Bisan, Borders for Integrated Systems & Telecom (BIS&T), Castle Establishment Company, Jaffa.Net, Siemens Information and Communication Technologies and Sidata.
The Palestinian IT products will be displayed at a stand spread across 100 meters of space. This is the second successive year that Palestine is participating in GITEX Dubai. — (menareport.com)
