The Palestine Information Technology Association (PITA) has signed a cooperation agreement with Tejari, a Middle East business-to-business marketplace, which will grant Palestinian technology companies access to the Tejari marketplace. The agreement was reached through PITA’s official representative office at the Dubai Internet City (DIC).
PITA was founded in early 1999 in Ramallah as a membership-based organization for locally registered companies in the IT sector. The association represents approximately 70 companies from various sub-sectors including hardware distributors, software development firms, office automation vendors, Internet service providers, telecommunications, IT consulting, IT training and related businesses. — (menareport.com)
