The $110 million Sukh Chayn Gardens Housing Society, being developed near Lahore, Pakistan, has generated interest among expatriates in Bahrain following its formal launch ceremony held at the Diplomat Radisson SAS Hotel.
According to the Bahrain Tribune, the project, targeting the expatriate communities in the Gulf region has already gained investment/sale commitments for over 50 per cent of the total available housing units in few months.
The road show in Bahrain was attended by over 150 community members, the paper added.
