A host of new tenants have signed up to Al-Ghurair City shopping complex. With the latest figures showing an increase of 62 percent in footfall for Dubai Summer Surprises 2003 compared to 2002, and coupon offtake figures up by 64 percent, the mall heralds an unprecedented come back and further establishes its positioning as a major shopping and leisure destination in the Middle East.

Al-Ghurair City currently houses over 160 outlets, and once all the new tenants have opened, there will be over 200 outlets within the mall by the end of 2003. Amongst the new tenants to sign leases at Al-Ghurair City are Mashreqbank, Barista Coffee, Early Learning Centre, XX By Mexx, N-Bar, Nayomi, Popley and Chilli's, some of which have recently opened, with the remainder opening in the second half of the year. — (menareport.com)
