Omniyat Properties, one of the region’s private property development companies, announced its firm commitment to the timely delivery of all launched projects. With nine projects underway, at a value of over AED 13 Billion, Omniyat Properties will deliver all projects over three years, at the rate of three per year.
Peter Walichnowski, Chief Executive Officer said, "Construction is on track for all of Omniyat’s launched projects and Omniyat is firmly committed to our delivery timelines. The executive management and development team have visited six sites this week and we were very pleased with the progress. The first three projects - One Business Bay, Bayswater and The Square - will be completed by April 2009. The second batch of three projects, namely The Pad, Binary and Gemini, will be delivered by 2010. The Octavian, The Opus and Beachfront Living will be delivered by 2011.

A long-held imperative of the company is customer care and Omniyat is further enhancing its Customer Relations and Property Handover departments. It will recruit new staff for these units in the first quarter of next year as well as officially launch Omniyat Asset Management. This company will provide customers with a turn-key solution, incorporating Strata Management, Facilities Management, Property Management, Residential and Commercial Leasing and Brokerage services. These activities signal Omniyat’s readiness to provide a holistic service and add value to its investors and tenants alike.
