LogicaCMG has been selected to provide a Multimedia Messaging Service (MMS) solution to Omantel, the sole mobile and fixed line network operator in the Sultanate.
The messaging deal was won through LogicaCMG’s association with Siemens Mobile Networks, its strategic partner in the region, reported a press release.
Omantel will launch an advanced multimedia messaging service in Oman using LogicaCMG’s Next Generation Multimedia Messaging Service Centre to enable corporate and private subscribers to exchange multimedia content across Omantel, and international networks.
Europe-based LogicaCMG provides management and IT consultancy, systems integration and outsourcing services to clients across diverse markets including public sector, telecoms, financial services, energy and utilities, industry, distribution and transport.
