Since launching Volvo cars at the beginning of Ramadan, MHD LLC has been welcoming a steady flow of Oman residents into the Azaiba showroom to view the 2003 model range. In less than a month, MHD LLC has sold the first shipment of cars, with several of the 2003 cars being reserved even before the official launch on November 4, according to a company press release.
In August 2002, an agreement was signed between Volvo Car Overseas Corporation and Mohsin Haider Darwish (MHD) appointing the Omani business group as the official and sole distributor for Volvo cars in the Sultanate. — (menareport.com)
