We are actively looking to create investment opportunities across a number of business sectors and refreshing the tourism industry which will enhance the quality of life for Omani people.”

Sheikh Saad Rafic Hariri highlighted the achievement of positioning Oman's economy among world markets and enhancing its position as an important economic center. He also emphasized that Oman has become an important destination for investment within a short period of time by implementing policies that successfully attracted investors.

During the agreement signing ceremony, Mr. Ali Kolaghassi said "The aim of this project lies in utilizing the diverse tourism recourses available in Oman to create job opportunities and generating good returns for our investors.” He added, "We are looking forward to making this project a model in terms of planning, implementation, and management".

Saraya is a real estate development and asset management company established in 2005 in a regional market witnessing solid growth in the real estate and tourism sectors.  Saraya's mission embraces contributing to the growth of local economies through delivering profitable projects to investors and local communities under the chairmanship of Sheikh Saad Rafic Hariri.
