Oman’s ruler Sultan Qaboos has decreed a law clearing way for the non-Omanis to own real estates at designated 'tourist complexes.' Meanwhile, the Ministry of Housing, Electricity and Water are preparing the regulation for non-Omani ownership of real estate at tourism projects in coordination with the Ministry of Tourism.
