The Omani Tender Board on Monday held its 11th meeting of the year under the chairmanship of its President.
According to ONA, the meeting awarded tenders worth RO. 65,7 Million. They included a tender valued RO. 58,3 million to establish the infrastructure of Sohar Industrial Port, a second project worth RO. 4,9 million to establish Al-Ma'bailah power grid, a third project valued RO. 900,000 to recruit English language lecturers at the technical colleges and others.
The board also opened a number of tender envelopes including a project to construct 97 housing units, a mosque, a public hall and craft industries centre at Al-Jaza' village in the wilayat of Al-Mudhaibi in the Sharqiyah region.
