The Dubai-based Oracle Insurance Brokers (OIB) launched a new customer service center with a $50,000 investment. The company, which was launched six months ago, aims at increasing customer response rate by 60 percent. The company is reportedly looking into options for expanding by opening more branches in the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
Manned by a team of 20 insurance professionals, the service center offers back office administration services, data capture for new customers, policy and quote preparation, policy administration, claims processing, business information analysis and reporting.
OIB's products include life insurance, health Insurance, motor, public liability, marine insurance, hull and machinery, property insurance, fire and burglary, loss of profit, goods in transit, workmen's compensation, professional indemnity and fidelity guaranties. — (menareport.com)
