Mr. Mohamed Hariri, Chairman of Oger Telecom Ltd., announced that Oger Telecom Consortium has submitted its bid to the CITC for the 3rd Mobile license in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Mr. Hariri said, “The consortium includes a reputable and strong investor base, and did submit a competitive offer”.
Mr. Hariri also reaffirmed the consortium’s commitment to the Saudi market and its healthy, rapidly growing Telecom sector by saying; “The Saudi market has shown that there is room for growth in mobile services, fuelled by strong demand from a large, dynamic and growing population. The further liberalization of the Telecom industry will undoubtedly provide further impetus for market growth.”
