Board Chairman of the Real Estate Clearing Company Abdullah Al-Oufan said on Monday that the setting up of a special real estate authority in Kuwait has become a necessity. According to Kuna, Al-Oufan, also Director of Real Estate in the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, said that real estate is among the vital sectors in Kuwait after oil.
He added that there are over 4,000 traders in the real estate sector, a matter which reflects the dire need for the establishment of a special real estate authority.
