ALBAWABA - In a recent development, the dimensions of the highly anticipated Tesla Cybertruck have been leaked by an inquisitive Tesla enthusiast who personally measured the vehicle during a charging stop.

The Tesla Cybertruck has been shrouded in mystery, with many of its specifications closely guarded secrets despite its numerous public appearances. This recent attempt by a Tesla fan aimed to answer a practical question: will the Cybertruck fit inside a standard garage?

The measurements revealed that the rear bumper of the Cybertruck spans an elegant 1,830 mm in width. When factoring in the wide rear tires, the total width extends to 1,980 mm. By way of comparison, the Tesla Model S measures 1,987 mm in width (excluding mirrors).

It's important to note that slight variations in width can occur depending on the viewing angle, a fact Elon Musk, Tesla's CEO, acknowledged in 2020 when he suggested the Cybertruck's width would be close to 82 inches. Development processes are subject to changes over time, and this is no exception.

During a recent Q2 earnings call, Tesla officially disclosed that the length of the Cybertruck should be less than 19 feet (5,790 mm) while the truck bed is expected to be longer than six feet (1,830 mm). For context, the Ford F150 Lightning truck extends to a length of 5,911 mm and boasts a width of 2,030 mm (excluding mirrors), with a height of 1,989 mm according to official specifications.

However, despite these insights, the eagerly awaited official launch of the Tesla Cybertruck has once again been delayed, missing its initial third-quarter release timeframe, which concluded in September. The Cybertruck remains a subject of intense curiosity for Tesla enthusiasts and the automotive world at large.
