New schools built in Qatar

The Public Works Authority (Ashghal) has completed construction of nine schools in Qatar, with a total cost of QR172 million. These schools are ready to function from this academic year commencing from tomorrow, said a press release issued by Ashghal.


All the new school buildings are two-storeyed with a plinth area of 8600 sq. mt. The building will have 25 classrooms, laboratories, computer rooms, administrative offices, auditorium and cafeteria in addition to indoor sports hall and internal assembly line with centralised air condition facilities.
