Al-Nahdah (Renaissance) resort for tourism natural treatment was opened in the wilayat of Barka earlier this week under the auspices of Ahmed bin Abdul-Nabi Macki, Oman's National Economy Minister and Deputy Chairman of the Financial Affairs and Energy Resources Council in the presence of a number of members of the Royal family, ministers and state senior officials.
According to ONA, Macki stated that this project was a new addition for tourism as this resort with its utilities to serve tourism treatment is considered a new model to encourage this type of tourism. The resort which is built over a 30,000 hectare in the southern wilayat of Barka on the road leading to the wilayat of Nakhal has 109 various size room that spread over the resort area, was uniquely designed in the middle of mango trees.
The five-star resort includes 22 health treatment room and 24 gem hall and a hall for sports exercises, tennis courts, sand volleyball play ground, children play ground, swimming pools, relaxation parks with falls and fountains wonderfully engineering design.
