According to Al-Bayan newspaper, Shaikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nehyan, the President of UAE, ordered allocating Dh 200 million for building new residential units for the residents of the Emirate of Fujairah. In addition, this allowance will be used to refurbish the ruined houses in the Emirate.
The president also ordered the related authorities to build new roads and vital facilities and services in all regions of Fujairah. This announcement came following a tour of the president in Fujairah. The president was shown the major development and urbanization projects in the Emirate.
