Work on a BD2.8 million residential tower at Amwaj Islands is expected to be completed next month. The 10-storey Amwaj Plaza I covers 1,587 square metres and is made up of 55 luxury apartments, including one, two and three-bedroom properties and two penthouse apartments on the top floor. The building also boasts a terrace level swimming pool with adjoining health club facilities such a gymnasium and steam room.
According to the GDN, it will be one of the first private residential towers to be finished in the three million square metre man-made Amwaj Islands.
