Governor of Riyadh Region Prince Salman bin Abdulaziz has recently participated in a ceremony to lay foundation stone for the fourth residential complex at Sultanah Neighborhood.
The fourth complex includes 130 housing units spread over an area of 24,000 square meters. It will also have a mosque on an area of 3000 square meters, playgrounds for children and other public utility facilities and services. According to SPA, the project will be implemented within 24 months at a total cost of SR 31.4 million.
