Saudi Al-Oula Development Company has signed a contract with Al-Thamad Commercial Company for marketing a real estate project in the north of Riyadh, reported Al-Sharq al-Awsat newspaper on September 20, 2005.
The project, which includes 1500 land plots for housing, investments and commercial purposes, is located on a 1.8 million square meters area in the junction of Abu Baker al-Sadik Street and al-Takhasusi Street. The sales of the project are expected to surpass $266 million. The project's plan includes also large green areas.
The contract was signed on September 19 in Grand Hayat Hotel in Dubai on the margins of Cityscape 2005 exhibition.
