According to Al-Sharq newspaper, the "Aqar" Company for Real Estate Development is planning a new real estate project consisting of 80 residential villas in Qatar. Mr. Ahmed Al-Arouki, Managing Director of "Aqar," said that the project tender offers will be opened on April 15th.
The construction operations of the project will start in early May and last 18 months. The villas will be available for sale during the building process itself. The project consists of building 80 residential villas of five categories: A, B, C, D and E. Each villa's area ranges from 415 square meters to 444 square meters. The manager estimated the project's costs at QR 70-75 million.
