The Salam Bounian Real Estate Company, a venture of Salam International, has launched its first project; The Gate, with the signing of various contracts for the project.
According to the Peninsula, the Gate will represent a unique, ultra-modern mixed use development with a combination of commercial, retail and entertainment facilities.
Situated in the heart of the new business district in the Qatari capital, it will be an ideal destination for leading brand names and franchises "that will revolutionise the shopping and entertainment scene in Doha", claimed a press release. The facilities are spread over four floors and covering over 24,700 square meters of rentable space.
On the commercial side, all buildings will benefit from state of the art technology and the latest in smart building technological developments. It comprises two office buildings; the Gate's office building A will have 16 floors with a total built up area of nearly 37,000 square meters.
