Shaikha Lubna Al Qassimi, UAE's Minister of Economy and Planning, who is also the chairperson of the Securities and Commodities Authority (SCA) has approved for listing in the stock markets the Ras Al Khaima Properties Company.
RAK Properties a real estate development company set up by the investment & development office of Ras Al Khaimah government. It is established to implement the emirate's plans to promote real estate, tourism and leisure facilities in RAK and invest in likely projects. It is intended that its activities will encourage economic growth in the UAE and Ras Al Khaimah.
