The Jordanian government intends to launch an ambitious job training program in order to improve the skills of Jordanian laborers so that they can replace expatriates in the workforce, reported Al-Ittihad . The new scheme aims to qualify 20,000 skilled Jordanian individuals for employment. The government allocated 21 million Jordanian Dinars ($30 million) to the project.
