Proceeds from a multi-million dinar project planned in Bahrain by a local society will be used to boost the health, education and living standards of the Palestinian people.
According to The GDN, the Palestine Support Society intends to set up the 10-storey building - comprising 20 apartments, 20 offices and a ground-floor commercial centre - with donations from companies and individuals.
Al Aqsa Charity Complex, estimated to cost some BD2.5 million, is being planned on an area of 1,500 square metres in the Seef District.
