Ness Energy International’s President and CEO Sha Stevens has advised the company from its offices in Israel that he is in the process of supervising the completion of the purchase of oil and gas exploration related equipment, a major step to start the Israeli exploration and drilling for oil and gas.
Stephens recently departed for Israel to undertake an in-depth analysis of company matters, both pending and planned, and as part of his efforts there, he is putting the final touches on an acquisition, started by late President Hayseed Stephens, for the purchase of numerous pieces of inspected oil and gas equipment.
Delivery, final payment and related matters are almost complete. It appears the purchase price, delivery, storage, professional fees, and other acquisition related expenditures, should be under $250,000, nevertheless, it is a major acquisition for Ness Energy in Israel.
The current business of the company is focused upon development and execution of oil and gas exploration plans with a focus both on pursuits in the oil rich state of Texas, and also in the Middle East, specifically Israel. — (menareport.com)
