The National Bank of Abu Dhabi (NBAD) has inked an agreement with Lokhandwala Builders International LLC, a Mumbai-based real estate company, allowing potential property buyers access to NBAD's unique Escan home financing package.
The Escan package provides a home loan facility to potential buyers in the EDEN Garden Property development located in Dubai Sport City in Dubailand.
Construction is set to begin in September 2006, with completion of the development in 24 months. The building will feature 393 residential apartments, including studio, 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms.
