Nakheel, the UAE's premier property developer, has launched a new Customer Service Centre to provide clients with a one-stop solution for all their customer service needs.
The move brings three existing Nakheel departments into one streamlined entity; two of the departments – Resales and Land Registration – recently merged into one department. This new department has been joined by Sales Administration, to form the Customer Service Centre. Nakheel has taken the step, following discussions with customers who desired a one-stop shop for all their needs. The Customer Service Centre will therefore be the point of contact for all existing client enquiries, such as details of re-sales processes, property registration procedures, or obtaining general up-to-date information on a project. The team will include customer relationship agents, who will be available 7 days a week at the Nakheel Sales Centre, which will be open between 0830 - 1730, in addition to a call centre 0700 – 1900. Hassan Musabih has been appointed Director – Customer Services. With a strong background in Banking and Finance, beginning his career at the Central Bank, he brings a wealth of experience to the role of Director – Customer Services having been at Nakheel for more than 20 months as Senior Manager – Sales and Administration, and previously spending 11 years working at Jafza (Jebel Ali Free Zone), where he was Senior Manager – Administration.
