Nakheel, UAE’s premier property developer, has announced its participation in the Jeddah International Real Estate, Financing and Housing Exhibition 2007 (Jrex 07), Saudi Arabia’s largest real estate exhibition. The move comes as Nakheel seeks to capitalize on its international brand value to attract investors from the KSA markets. Jrex 07 will be held at the Jeddah International Convention Centre from 24th February to 1st March 2007.
“The Jumeirah Park has been a huge sales success for Nakheel, with over 1000 units sold within the first day of launch. We are now bringing the project to Saudi markets, with a number of select villas and property units available for sale at Jrex,” said Yousuf Kazim, General Manager of Jumeirah Park.
“Jumeirah Park’s unique position as an important member of the Jumeirah Family of Brands and as a development placing a premium on sustainability and eco-friendliness is expected to catalyze strong investor interest at Jrex,” he added.
Nakheel’s participation is its first in the Jrex, an annual attraction among leading property companies in the Middle East. With the event’s high-profile participants, Jrex will provide a perfect platform to highlight Jumeirah Park’s unique attributes. The 2006 edition of the exhibition pooled together over 150 exhibitors, attracted 40,000 plus visitors and conducted business worth Saudi Riyals 1.8 billion.
