MPs on Tuesday called for government houses to be established in Sanabis and the Seef District. According to the GDN, they claims these areas have been left out of government housing plans.
Parliament second vice-chairman Adel Al Maawada stated residents were suffering and called on the government to purchase private land in the area for housing. Lands is being sold for other projects, rather than for government housing, he said.
