MobileCom confirms that it will offer a flat rate calling structure, designed to offer fairness and simplicity to customers in Jordan, a statement by MobileCom said.
The structure forms part of MobileCom's strategy to bring new simplicity, accessibility and value to the marketplace.
“This move is about bringing a new degree of simplicity to the way that people in Jordan are charged for mobile GSM services,” said Jean Luc Vuillemin, CEO of MobileCom.
“MobileCom customers will pay the same charge for calls to other MobileCom subscribers, customers of other networks and to fixed line telephones. What's more, they will pay the same charge regardless of the time of day they are calling at: there are no 'peak' periods or 'offpeak' periods for MobileCom services,” he added.
MobileCom will have several tariff plans, each of them offering its own rate per minute. Regardless of which tariff plan a customer chooses, they will not be charged anything extra for calling in the day time or at night, or to another network. — ( Jordan Times )
