Ascent Computing Group has signed an agreement with Mindscape Information Technology, a provider of banking and finance solutions based in Dubai. The two companies have agreed to jointly develop and redistribute Interactive Voice Response (IVR) solutions based on Ascent's open standards-based AscenTel voice application platform in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region.
Headquartered in Dubai, Mindscape is a vendor engaged in the development and marketing of enterprise and banking/financial software for companies in GCC, EMEA and Asia-Pacific region. The company currently supports all the IT needs of Mashreqbank, the largest private bank in the United Arab Emirates (UAE), including an automated customer call center with more than 100 agent positions serving Mashreqbank's retail and corporate customers. — (menareport.com)
