Middle East IT solution provider Mindscape has become the first IT solutions provider in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) to join the elite list of organizations with Level 3 of the Software Engineering Institute (SEI) Capability Maturity Model (CMM), the de facto standard for assessing and improving software processes.
According to SEI’s Annual Report, Mindscape is the first company in the UAE and only the second in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) to achieve this accreditation.
The assessment was conducted by an eight-member team led by KPMG’s GP Rastogi. Commenting on his experiences, Rastogi said “Mindscape is a vibrant company with an open and transparent culture, having a very strong training infrastructure. Importantly, the practitioners have been involved in process definition and implementation and have automated critical processes.” — (menareport.com)
