IBC Gulf Conferences announced the completed line-up of dignitaries and senior officials who are scheduled to address delegates attending the 8th Annual Middle East Gas Summit, which will be taking place in Tehran, October 29-30, 2002, with the support of the National Iranian Oil Company (NIOC).
