Plans are advancing for the first Middle East Duty Free Conference, which is being organized by Tax Free World Association on behalf of the Middle East Duty Free Association (MEDFA) with programming and moderating input from Moodie International.
This business event, due to be staged in Dubai on December 16-17, 2002, is expected to attract players in duty free and travel retail in the Middle East and beyond, including top international and regional suppliers, retailers and airport authorities.
MEDFA President and Managing Director of Aer Rianta International Middle East, John Sutcliffe will set the scene for the two-day event with a ‘State of the Regional Industry' address followed by a question and answer session, when he will be joined by TFWA President Erik Juul-Mortensen. — (menareport.com)
