Microsoft has introduced the Multi-Year Open (MYO) License, an additional option that offers its customers in the small-to-medium business (SMB) community an easy payment plan for software needs. The program allows businesses to pay in three equal annual installments, at the end of which they own the licenses indefinitely.

MYO will also provide customers with the flexibility to add more users and products as required, and includes the Software Assurance (SA) program, which means that they will always have access to the most up-to-date versions of Microsoft software.

Products covered by MYO include all Windows and Office products in addition to access to all server products through the Core Client Access License. MYO complements Microsoft's existing license options, all of which continue to be available in the region.
