Methods & Solutions Engineering (M&SE), the first total environmental engineering solutions company in the Middle East, has joined Dubai Techno Park by setting up a state-of-the-art 100,000 square feet facility.
Methods & Solutions Engineering is promoted by a group of environmental engineering professionals and will specialise in pollution control and monitoring, water and waste water treatment and recycling and energy and water conservation.
“Introducing the most innovative concepts in desalination would be a priority for us. While M&SE possesses in-house expertise in various technologies for desalination, the emphasis would be to introduce some of the latest technologies which make it possible to considerably reduce the energy consumption in desalination,” said Arun Kumar Sekhar, Managing Director designate, Methods & Solutions Engineering.
“The flip sides of desalination are the high energy costs and pollution resulting from the rejects of the process. M&SE has tied up with some of the world leaders to bring in technologies wherein the energy consumption is extremely low and the rejects of the processes are converted to useful and valuable products,” he added.
Abdulla Al Qurashi, Chief Executive Officer, Dubai Techno Park, stated, “Companies like M&SE which specialise in water treatment and pollution control require advanced infrastructure facilities that Dubai Techno Park can offer. We are certain that M&SE will fully utilize the facilities and support services at Techno Park to carry out their business operations successfully.”
M&SE is the only manufacturer of 100 percent recycling plants for laundry water and vehicle wash water in the Middle East, and it is also very active in areas such as desalination, sewage water treatment and re-use and grey water treatment. Custom designing solutions for unique applications such as dust and odour control, stack emission control, soil remediation, ground and surface water quality monitoring are other areas of competence for the company.
“Methods & Solutions Engineering can effectively use Dubai Techno Park as a strategic base to target its customers across the Middle East. The surge in industrial and commercial activity in the region has created a growing need for environment conservation and companies like M&SE are responding to this need by providing the required solutions,” concluded Al Qurashi.
Dubai Techno Park is the first park of its kind to offer modern infrastructure facilities for specialised industries and hi-tech manufacturing.
