The first stage of Jabal Khandama real estate project in Mecca will be launched soon as the promoters said 85 plots of land in the area, located near the Grand Mosque, were now ready for sale.
According to Arab News, businessman Abdul Rahman Faqeeh, main developer of the project, said construction plans for Khandama were prepared in cooperation with the Mecca Development Authority. An auction will be held on Dec. 21 for the sales of the plots. The first phase will cover 137,000 square meters of land with 91 plots.
