The United Arab Emirates-based Mashreqbank has deployed Computer Associates International (CA)'s AllFusion Process Management Suite to maximize the efficiency of its information technology (IT) development staff while boosting the quality of the business-critical applications they deliver.  

 

CA's AllFusion Process Management Suite facilitates continuous improvement of enterprise software development and delivery practices, enabling development teams to more rapidly and cost-effectively deliver complex software systems.  

 

Designed to ensure continued process improvement, the web-based reporting and control features of AllFusion Process Management Suite facilitates team collaboration, resource allocation, and enterprise-wide project management. It provides for the creation of re-usable templates that ensure the standardization of the bank's activities and captures project management expertise so that it can be effectively applied to future eBusiness initiatives.
