Marriott has recently announced the opening of its new upscale, apartment-like accommodation in Dubai, designed to meet the needs of business executives planning to stay in the region for 30 days or more.
Marriott Executive Apartments are located in Dubai’s commercial district, the complex consists of 172 fully furnished serviced apartments, stated a press release.
Situated in the Skywalk Towers A and B, the apartments overlook Dubai Creek, and are just five minutes from Dubai International Airport. The facility offers travelers a residential-style apartment with hotel-like amenities, full kitchens, security and the availability of short-term leases.
Business guests are offered a large work desk, telephone with voice mail and data port, and administrative assistance from Business Services. For leisure, residents can take advantage of the rooftop swimming pool, fully equipped gymnasium, sauna, steam room and whirlpool. Other recreational facilities include a children’s outdoor recreational area, a games room and a barbecue area. Residents’ services include housekeeping, grocery shopping and dry cleaning.
Dubai Marriott Executive Apartments (MEA), owned and developed by Union Properties PJSC, is the first such residential facility to be managed by Marriott International in the Middle East. There are currently Marriott Executive Apartments located in Budapest, Prague, Brussels, Hong Kong, Tokyo, and Mumbai.
