Marina West, Bahrain's first residential beachfront community to be located on the Kingdom's west coast, has appointed Asteco Property Management as its exclusive sales and leasing agency.
The development will comprise more than 1,280 freehold luxury apartments and penthouse suites, a full range of recreation, leisure and entertainment facilities and numerous up market retail outlets.
"We have exciting plans for the Marina West project and the appointment of Asteco will extend a highly professional and proven service to prospective home owners and commercial tenants, and will serve as an essential element in representing our development activities to our target markets," said Ahmed Abubaker Janahi, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of AAJ Holdings Company, the company representing Marina West.
"Asteco's long established experience across the region and internationally in large-scale infrastructural, commercial and residential developments ensures the delivery of sophisticated services to guide and assist potential buyers through the home ownership process."
"We see Marina West as an iconic development for the Kingdom and we intend to create value for clients and tenants by bringing the expertise of our team and our experience as a leader in the UAE property services market to Bahrain," added Andrew Chambers, Managing Director of Asteco Property Services Company.
The 75,000 square metre masterplanned gated community will be set in tranquil and idyllic coastal surroundings. As well as breathtaking views, residents will be able to enjoy comprehensive recreational facilities and entertainment as well as the convenience of a comprehensive and high quality retail offering.
"The timing of our appointment and, in fact, the recent establishment of an Asteco operation in Bahrain is opportune as we have been watching this market and see increasing and sustained demand for quality real estate solutions. Marina West presents a compelling proposition that is backed by a committed and strong project team with a proven track record in delivery," concluded Mr Chambers.
