Diamond Investments, the new class of property developers in Dubai, has completed its first building in the Marina Diamond family. Marina Diamond One is the first in a series of exceptional towers to be built in the prime location of the Dubai Marina.

Overlooking spectacular views of the waterfront, Marina Diamond One is one of six towers currently being developed by Diamond Investments and showcases the high standards that will be a feature of each residential building. The exterior of the stunning tower boasts a façade of aluminium and glass cladding, which helps to set the tone for the interior.
Inside, residents are greeted by an attractive lobby which is complemented by state of the art amenities including a fully equipped gymnasium, two swimming pools, a sauna and steam room and top of the range security services. The development also features elegant landscaping.
Work on five other Marina Diamond buildings in the series is progressing to plan. Construction work on Marina Diamond Two has reached the ninth floor and the contractors have begun work on Marina Diamond’s Three and Four. Contractors for Marina Diamond’s Five and Six will be announced in the coming weeks. In addition, Diamond Investments is close to starting commercial developments in other locations across the city.
“Following the success of our residential developments, Diamond Investments is moving into commercial property development, with a plot in Business Bay. It has always been our intention to move into this area of real estate due to the large demand for office space in Dubai. With the Marina Diamond series well underway it is the right time to make the transition,” concluded Saeed.
