The famous French brand has unveiled its brand-new Lobster Bag in 2025 Paris Fashion Week. The new bag is crafted from Vachetta leather, an untreated Italian leather used by Louis Vuitton in its luggage and luxury handbags.
Vachetta leather, which is derived from the bull’s shoulder, is known for its durability, toughness, and long-lasting quality.
Lobster bag collaboration
The Lobster Bag features a monogram canvas with interlocking LV letters, designed by the famous fashion designer and artist Pharrell Williams. Priced at approximately $18,000, this new bag reflects heritage and history.
Notably, lobsters have been introduced in the fashion industry several times over the years, symbolizing luxury and high-end style.
Louis Vuitton collaborated with Pharrell Williams, the American singer, record producer, and LV’s Men's Creative Director, and NIGO, the artistic director of Kenzo, for its Fall/Winter 2025 collection.
