Keeping it 'classy': Lexus finds lucrative profits in Middle Eastern market

Lexus yesterday announced a steady increase in Middle East sales in 2013 with a more than 19 percent rise by selling 37,284 vehicles in the luxury segment. 

“Our emphasis on design excellence has been a significant factor in the overall look and feel of our cars with a deep commitment to world class design and this has helped us maintain our growth momentum in the luxury segment,” said Nobuyuki Negishi, Chief Representative of Middle East & North Africa Representative Office, Toyota Motor Corporation. 

The fun-to-drive capability of the new generation 2014 Lexus IS comes alive in its performance with its agile handling capability. The finely-tuned front and rear suspensions also assist the driver with an accurate steering response and an excellent grip. Engine variants offered include: a 2.5 Litre V6 providing 204HP, and a 3.5 Litre V6 delivering an emphatic 312HP.
