Movement between Jordan, Syria and Lebanon will soon be possible using only an identity document of one of the three countries, reported the Saudi daily Okaz, quoting a well informed source in Jordan.
The newspaper said that the issue is currently being reviewed by a trilateral committee, made up of representatives of the three governments. If the new procedure is introduced, it will revive a practice that was used during the 1970s for travel between Syria and Jordan. — (MENA Report)
