Credo Investments FZE has announced that work on its Dh150 million maiden development project in the country, Le Solarium, has been kicked off following the awarding of contract to leading builders, Sun Engineering and Contracting Company (LLC). Le Solarium, the first commercial centre to be launched at Dubai Silicon Oasis (DSO), is expected to be ready by the last quarter of 2007.
