Land transactions reach Dh324m in Dubai

Some Dh324.24 million worth of land deals were reported in Dubai on Sunday, with a total of ten transactions. Of this amount, sales accounted for more than Dh190 million, while mortgage deals valued at Dh133.97 million were also registered.

 

Dubai's Land Department, according to Gulf News, reported that the day's most valuable land deal was in the Al Mina area, which was sold for Dh137.78 million. The Al Mina region also had the highest turnover for the day, with Dh137.78 million reported by the Land Department.

 

The Al Raffa plot followed Al Mina in value at Dh22.42 million, while the Muhaisanah-4 plot, sold for Dh7.2 million, was the day's third most valuable land deal.

 

The most active area in terms of sales was the Al Bada area. The Al Dhagaya area was the day's second most active area.

 

A 229,629 square foot plot in the Al Mina area was the largest plot sold throughout the course of the day, sold for Dh137.78 million. Another plot for 32,292.18 square feet was purchased in Nad Al Sheba for Dh5.17 million, while a 20,093 square foot plot was sold for Dh7.2 million in Muhaisanah-4.

 

A total of six mortgages were registered, valued at Dh112.97 million, said the Department, the highest in value being a Dh77 million deal for a plot in Al Raffa.
