Land transactions in Dubai reach Dh422.99m

Land transactions in Dubai reached Dh422.99 million last week, while mortgages were valued at Dh231.09 million.

 

Sales exceeded Dh192 million, according to figures from the Dubai Land Department, with a total of 34 sale transactions registered by the end of the week, according to Gulf News.

 

Emirates Hills First area was the most active in terms of the week's sales, with nine transactions. Sic sales were recorded in the Mirdif area.

 

The most valuable land transaction was recorded in the Emirates Hills Second area, that was sold for Dh48.65 million. A second plot in Marsa Dubai was sold for Dh37.53 million, while a third sold for Dh25.94 million, also in the Emirate Hills Second area.
