A total of 16 sale transactions were registered with the Department by the end of the two days, the most valuable of which was a plot in Mirdif that was sold for Dhs million. The next two most prominent sales saw a second plot in Al Murqabat acquired for the sum of Dhs million and another in Um Suqaim Second for Dhs22 million.
The Um Suqaim First area was the most active in terms of the two day's sales, with some 4 transactions. Mirdif followed it with 3 sales.
During the period, Al Murqabat recorded the highest turnover by value, at Dhs million, followed by the Um Suqaim First area, Dhs38.18 million, and Um Suqaim Second area, Dhs27 million.
The biggest area sold was the 37127 sq ft in the Um Suqaim First area, which went for Dhs18 million. A 20400 sq ft plot in the Um Suqaim Second Area was acquired for Dhs22 million, while 15577 sq ft of Mirdif was disposed of for Dhs million.
During the period under review 7 mortgages worth Dhs41.63 million were registered, the most significant of which as the Dhs28 million for an area at Al Wasl. There was another for Dhs15.2 million on an area in Um Suqaim Third
